Foundation SA Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee with Community Charity DGR 1 status, registered with the ACNC and governed by a Board of local community members.
The Directors of Foundation SA have responsibility for the governance of Foundation SA Ltd and the Foundation SA Trust (Extension Fund).
