5 Year Vision for Foundation SA

We are delighted to launch Foundation SA’s 5 year strategy, outlining our vision for the state and 5 core activities we will focus on to achieve it.

The strategy reflects our learnings from the first 12 months and the community consultation process we conducted in early 2022.

To ensure we’re representative of the needs of the community we serve we have engaged with donors, community members and subject matter experts to determine the role we play in creating positive impact.

Meeting with experienced and qualified people who were gracious in sharing practical experience and candid advice has lead to our ‘plan on a page’ which will drive the Foundation SA strategy as we continue to grow.

We’ve learnt so much by engaging with community and other community foundation leaders which we believe has led to an exciting plan for the next five years.
